UK Delivery

Please allow up to 10–12 business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

As our products are stored across different fulfilment locations, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel. Don't worry — if this happens, there will be no additional delivery charge.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £50.

For orders under £50, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short time for tracking details to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to have your order delivered within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, particularly during busy periods, bank holidays or severe weather.
